The tag <div data-gelato-customization="1"></div> might be missing from your product description's HTML. This tag is typically added automatically during the product publishing process but might have been removed if you edited the product description directly through Shopify.

Log in to your Gelato dashboard.
Navigate to the Store section from the left menu tab.
Open your store, then click on Settings (located next to the Add product button).
Ensure the following options are unchecked:

Click Save Changes.
