This article explains how to automatically delay order fulfillment, allowing you time to review and modify orders before they're sent to production.
Delayed Automatic Approval
This workflow automatically approves orders after a specified time, streamlining your fulfillment process without requiring manual approval for each order. This feature is particularly useful for reviewing and adjusting order details before production begins.
Follow these steps to set up delayed automatic approval:
Go to Stores
Select your store.
Select Edit store details.
Choose delayed automatic approval. This option allows you to automatically approve orders after 6, 12, 24, 48, or 72 hours.
Important Notes
Only orders for products connected to Gelato will be sent to the Gelato API and go through this flow. Ensure that:
Your store is connected.
Your products are added to Gelato (if you don't have any products) or migrated to Gelato (if you already have products).
