This article provides information about Packaging Inserts and Branded Labels customization and availability for Gelato+ and Gelato+ Gold customers.

Currently, you have the option to activate Packaging Inserts and Branded Labels at the sales channel level. This means that if you enable these features for your Shopify store, they will be included with orders for all eligible products and variants sold through that channel.

It is not currently possible to activate Packaging Inserts or Branded Labels at the product type or variant level. This means you can't enable these features for specific products or variations within a sales channel.

Please note that Packaging Inserts and Branded Labels are exclusive to Gelato+ or Gelato+ Gold customers.
