Packaging Your Order
To ensure your order arrives in pristine condition, we carefully package your posters and frames separately. Posters are placed inside a sturdy cardboard envelope for protection. This envelope fits snugly within a cardboard liner, which safeguards the frame during shipping.
Your frame is delivered pre-packed with corner protectors and a protective film to prevent any scratches or damage. We use flat packaging with reinforced edges to provide additional sturdiness during transportation.
What if My Poster is Missing?
In the unlikely event that your poster arrives separately from your frame and there's only one tracking link in your dashboard, we're happy to offer a free reprint. To take advantage of this, simply place a reorder and provide us with the new order ID. We'll then issue a refund for the missing poster.
