This article explains how to save manual orders as drafts to complete later. You can also find out how to add items to an order, either from your store or by reordering products from a previous order.
Saving Orders as Drafts
When you create a manual order, it's automatically saved as a draft. You can return to it at any time by going to the Orders section of your Gelato dashboard.
Adding Items to an Order
You can add items to a manual order in several ways:
Adding an Existing Item from Your Store
If you've integrated your ecommerce store with Gelato, you can easily add products from your store to your manual order. Here's how:
Click Add Product.
Select Select a product from my stores.
Choose the product you want to add to the order.
Making a Reorder from a Previous Order
You can quickly reorder products from a previous order. To do so:
Click the Reorder button at the top of the page.
