This article provides a concise guide on how to locate your Order ID within the Gelato Dashboard. Understanding where to find this information can be particularly useful when you need to contact Gelato Customer Service for support with a specific order.
Locating Your Order ID
You can find a comprehensive overview of your orders in the Orders section. The Order ID for each order is displayed prominently on the left-hand side for easy access.
To delve into the specifics of an order, simply click on it. This will direct you to the order details page, where you can review all relevant information.
Gelato Order ID on the Order Details Page
On the right side of the order details page, you'll find the Gelato Order ID. This unique identifier is crucial for our system to distinguish your order. When contacting Gelato Customer Service regarding a particular order, always provide this ID to ensure a swift and efficient resolution. For your convenience, clicking on the icon adjacent to the ID instantly copies it to your device's clipboard.
At the top of the page, you'll also find your own Order ID. If the order originated from your ecommerce store, this number will match the one displayed in your ecommerce store's dashboard. Please note that the Receipt Number is not a valid order ID and cannot be used to locate your order.
Draft Order ID
To find the Gelato Order ID for a draft order, simply look at the URL of the order details page. You can share this URL directly with our support team, who will be able to access and assist you with your draft order.
