This article explains how to easily duplicate products within your Gelato store, saving you time and effort when expanding your product offerings.


Duplicating a Product

To duplicate a product in your Gelato store, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Gelato account and navigate to the "Stores" section.

  2. Choose the store where you want to duplicate the product.

  3. Locate the product you wish to duplicate.

  4. Click on the three dots next to the product.

  5. Select "Duplicate" from the dropdown menu.

The duplicated product will be created as a draft, allowing you to review and edit it before publishing.

Important Considerations

The duplication feature is not available if:

  • You have used the product expansion feature (Gelato Publisher).

  • You have manually added new product variants that do not belong to the same product category. For example, if you have posters and framed posters listed as one product.
