Resetting the plugin:

To successfully reconnect your WooCommerce store to Gelato, you must first reset the WooCommerce plugin, here's how to do it:

  1. Go to "Gelato" -> "Status."

  2. Locate and click the "Reset plugin" button at the bottom left. This action disconnects your store from Gelato and removes the associated API and webhook settings.

  3. Reconnect your store to Gelato to re-establish the integration.

Connect your store again:

Once the plugin is reset, you can connect the store to Gelato again.

  1. In your WooCommerce admin panel, find the new "Gelato" tab in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click "Connect to Gelato."
