This article outlines the reasons behind choosing SOL's as our apparel partner and provides information on the discontinuation of the Stanley Stella brand.

Our partnership with SOL's stems from their commitment to sustainability, exceptional quality, extensive variety, and ethical practices. Here's why we believe in SOL's:

  • Quality: SOL's maintains rigorous quality control, ensuring durable, comfortable, and stylish apparel.

  • Ethical Practices: SOL's upholds international standards and certifications, guaranteeing ethical production and superior quality.


Transitioning from Stanley Stella

To streamline our product offerings and ensure consistent quality, we will be discontinuing the Stanley Stella apparel brand effective July 2nd. You can continue to sell any Stanley Stella products connected to your stores until the end of this transition period.


Order Fulfillment

If you have not substituted or removed the discontinued product variants from your store, they will be disconnected. For non-connected orders, the following scenarios may occur:

  • If you import non-connected orders to Gelato, orders containing these variants will be marked as "Not Connected". You can connect the affected product to a new one or add an existing product to the order.

  • If you don't import non-connected orders, the order will not be sent to Gelato.


Reconnecting your products

Reconnecting your products to SOL's apparel will be a seamless process. Here are the steps to ensure a smooth transition:

  1. Locate the Stanley Stella Products: Identify the Stanley Stella products in your store that need to be updated.

  2. Reconnect the Products: In the Dashboard, reconnect the products to SOL's apparel. If you are utilizing an API integration, change the UID of each product from Stanley Stella to SOL's corresponding product UID. This will map the old products to the new ones seamlessly. Here you can find a list of recommended SOL's products.

  3. Save the Changes: Once all products have been updated and reconnected, save the changes.
