In order to disconnect your TikTok store from Gelato:
Navigate to the TikTok Shop App Store.
Click the "More" button located on the top right-hand side (three dots).
Select "My Apps and Incidents".
You should then see the Gelato integration appear there. Click on the "Cancel" option.
To disconnect (delete) your TikTok store from your Gelato Dashboard follow these steps:
Open your Gelato Dashboard and select Stores -> Three dots in the TikTok panel > Edit store details
Scroll down to the bottom of the store settings page and click on the 'Delete store' button
Write your store name and confirm by clicking on the 'Delete Store' button.
Once your store is deleted we won't be able to restore your products. If you decide to connect the store again all products from the store will have to be reconnected with Gelato.
