How do I disconnect my Amazon store from Gelato?

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to disconnect your Amazon store from Gelato. It covers both disabling the authorization in your Amazon Seller account and deleting the store from your Gelato Dashboard.


Disconnecting Your Amazon Store

To disconnect your Amazon store from Gelato, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Amazon Seller account.

  2. Select "Apps and Services."

  3. Navigate to the "Manage Your Apps" tab.

  4. Locate the Gelato integration.

  5. Click on "Disable Authorization" to disconnect.


Deleting Your Amazon Store from Gelato

To completely remove your Amazon store from your Gelato Dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Access your Gelato Dashboard.

  2. Go to "Stores."

  3. Click on the three dots in the Amazon panel.

  4. Choose "Edit store details."

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the store settings page.

  6. Click on the "Delete store" button.

  7. Enter your store name and click on the "Delete Store" button to confirm.

Please note that deleting your store is irreversible. We won't be able to restore your products once the store is deleted. If you decide to reconnect your store in the future, you will need to reconnect all products to Gelato.
