How do I disconnect my Amazon store from Gelato?

Please note, that the Amazon integration is currently in beta for a closed group of merchants only.

In order to disconnect your Amazon store from Gelato, simply go to your Amazon Seller account, select Apps and Services, and then the Manage Your Apps tab.

You should then see the Gelato integration appear there. Click on Disable Authorization to complete the process.

To disconnect (delete) your Amazon store from your Gelato Dashboard follow these steps:

  1. Open your Gelato Dashboard and select Stores -> Three dots in the Amazon panel > Edit store details

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the store settings page and click on the 'Delete store' button

  3. Write your store name and confirm by clicking on the 'Delete Store' button.

Once your store is deleted we won't be able to restore your products. If you decide to connect the store again all products from the store will have to be reconnected with Gelato.
