Managing Retail Prices for Connected Products
Once you've integrated your BigCommerce store with Gelato and added products, managing their retail prices is simple. All price adjustments need to be made directly within your BigCommerce store. This applies to both newly added Gelato products and existing products linked to Gelato.

At this time, changing the retail price of your BigCommerce products directly through the Gelato platform is not supported.
