Currently, there isn't a direct integration available to connect eBay or Walmart to Gelato. However, you can still send orders to Gelato using Shopify as an intermediary.
Order Workflow
Follow these steps to route your orders:
Create your product listings on eBay and/or Walmart.
When an order is placed on any of these platforms, it will be forwarded to your Shopify store.
From Shopify, the order will be sent to Gelato for fulfillment.
Once the order status is updated in Gelato (e.g., tracking information is generated), the update flows back to Shopify and then finally to the original platform (eBay or Walmart).
