What happens to these products in my ecommerce store?

If you have a Shopify, Etsy, Woocommerce, Wix, Bigcommerce, or Squarespace store and offer apparel models that were affected, you would have seen this message in the list of products in your ecommerce store in Gelato.

From October 4, 2022, these product variants of the affected apparel models will be discontinued.

What happens to orders I receive for these apparel models?

If you did not previously substitute or remove these product variants from your store, these product variants will be disconnected from your store, as described above.

If you currently import non-connected orders to Gelato, orders for these product variants will be imported as Not Connected. You can either connect the affected product to another product or add another existing product to your order.

However, if you do not import non-connected orders to Gelato, the order will not come through to Gelato.
