When you have a discount code for Gelato, applying it to your order is easy. Just follow these steps:
Proceed to the Review and Pay step of your purchase. You'll find the discount code option there.
Click on the "I have a discount code" button.
Enter your discount code in the provided field.
Click "Apply code". Your discount will be applied to the order total.
Managing Your Discounts
Sometimes, you might have an existing promotion in your account that offers a better deal than your discount code. In such cases, simply delete the entered code to revert to your existing promotion.
Handling Expired Discount Codes
While we don't offer extensions on expired discount codes, you might still have options. Follow these steps if you encounter an expired code:
Complete your order and make the payment.
Reach out to our Customer Support team with your order number and request a refund equivalent to your discount.
