Gelato Rewards: Earn as You Grow

The Automated Rewards Program is designed to reward our highest-performing customers. When you meet the eligibility criteria for each tier, you'll receive a reward for that tier, which will be automatically activated and distributed over 90 days. Each customer can earn a maximum of 3 rewards, one for each tier. Once all 3 tiers are achieved, you will have completed the campaign. This means more consistent cash flow as you continue to grow your business.

Eligibility and Tier Structure

Who is eligible for Gelato’s rewards program?

Gelato selects customers for our rewards program each month based on their sales activity and product range. Eligibility is determined at Gelato’s discretion, rewarding the customers who have the highest proportion of sales in the following markets and products:

How can I check if I’m eligible*?

Eligibility is determined automatically each month based on internal data. If you are selected, you will receive a notification.

*Please note that if you were eligible for any of the previous credit campaigns, your eligibility for this program will be paused until May 1st, 2025.

Reward Tiers

Your credits increase as your spend grows:

  • Tier 1: Reach €500 total spend to earn a €100 top-up.

  • Tier 2: Reach €5,000 total spend to earn a €1,000 top-up.

  • Tier 3: Reach €20,000 total spend to earn a €4,000 top-up.

Each eligible customer can earn a maximum of 3 rewards, one for each tier. Once all 3 tiers are achieved, you will have completed the campaign. Only the highest eligible tier reward will be applied if you move through multiple tiers in a month.


Reward Activation and Distribution

Your reward is activated on the first day of the following calendar month. Then, the credit is distributed in equal daily installments over the next 90 days. This credit can only be used on product costs (excluding shipping). Here are some important details to keep in mind:

  • Validity: Rewards remain valid for 90 days from the date they are credited to your wallet.

  • Daily Tracking: We monitor your performance daily and will notify you if any changes affect your eligibility status for future tiers.


FAQs

When will I receive my credit?
Your reward activates on the first day of the next calendar month and is paid out daily over 90 days. The first payouts start on April 1st, 2025. Remember, rewards expire 90 days after being deposited into your wallet.

How does the tier system work?
As your revenue grows, you move through the tiers. In case of reaching multiple tiers within a month, only the reward from the highest tier is applied on the first day of the next calendar month.

How can I check my credit balance and progress?

If I meet the eligibility criteria multiple months in a row, will I receive a 90-day payout for each reward tier?

Yes, as long as you qualify, you will receive payouts subsequently.

Where can I find my payout credits?

The payout credits will be available in a separate wallet called the Reward Wallet.
