Learn how to address image resolution warnings in design editor with simple solutions like resizing or choosing a higher-resolution image

Updated over a month ago

This article provides guidance on understanding image resolution warnings in the design editor and offers solutions for optimal print results.

Understanding Image Resolution Warnings

When you upload an image to the design editor, our system automatically analyzes its resolution. If the resolution isn't suitable for high-quality printing, you'll see a warning message. This ensures your designs look their best when printed.

The DPI warning message is currently not supported for PDF and SVG files.

Resolution Solutions

If you encounter a resolution warning, don't worry! Here are some simple solutions:

  • Resize Your Image: Try making the picture smaller in the design editor. This often improves its print resolution.

  • Choose a Different Image: If resizing isn't ideal, consider using a different image with a higher resolution.
