How do I set my Packaging Inserts and/or Branded Labels as default for all my sales channels?

In order to activate this feature, please follow the below steps.

  1. Click the Branding tab in the side menu

  2. Activate Packaging Inserts or Branded Labels as “Default for all sales channels” (this includes manual orders too)

  3. A preview of the activated Packaging Inserts or Branded Labels will show on your branding configuration screen.

This feature is exclusive to Gelato+ or Gelato+ Gold customers.
