Frame and Material Specifications
Our premium wood frames are crafted using oak (for black or white frames, ash can be used).
Thickness: Each frame has a thickness of 20mm (0.79 inches)
Width: The width of all premium frames is 20mm (0.79 inches)
Grain Visibility: The grain of the wood is designed to be visible using an open color concept, enhancing the aesthetics of the frames
Colors: Our premium wood frames are available in natural oak, black, and white
Glass Specifications
Material: Plexiglass is used for the glass component
Thickness: Small and medium-sized frames have a glass thickness of 1.0-1.2 mm (0.04"-0.05" inch). For larger sizes (600x800, 600x900, 700x700, 700x1000), plexiglass thickness is 2.0-2.5 mm (0.08"-0.1" inch)
Protective Film: Plexiglass comes with a protective plastic film that is clear and includes a sticker saying “Please remove protective film”
Back Panel and Assembly
Material: The back panel is made of responsibly sourced MDF with FSC certification
Thickness: The back panel thickness ranges from 2.3mm to 2.8mm
Easel/Stand: Frames of sizes 130x180mm (5x7 inch), 150x200 (6x8 inch), and 210x297mm (8x12 inch) include an easel/stand for display
Closing: Swivel clips are used to secure the back panel in place
Extra Wood Insert: For sizes larger than A4, an extra wooden insert is added at the corners to enhance frame strength
Mounting Kit and Packaging
Frame Assembly: Each frame is accompanied by an inner white sheet with the frame size clearly marked
Mounting Kit: Frames include a hanger mechanism for wall mounting. Larger frames have three sawtooth mechanisms, while the three smallest sizes come with a mounting kit and easel/stand
Packaging: Frames are packaged with shrink wrap and cardboard corner protection. Shrink wrap is clear, and a clear plastic protective film covers the plexiglass. The packaging boxes are 100% recycled and recyclable
