If you have already added new Gelato products to your Woocommerce store or if you connected existing products or variants to Gelato, the retail price can be only updated from your Woocommerce store.
To change the price of a product in WooCommerce please follow the steps below:
Log into your WordPress Dashboard.
Click the Products link from the navigation menu on the left.
Select the product you want to edit.
Select the General tab in the Product Data panel.
Update the Regular Price field or Sale Price field with a new price and save your changes
You are also able to bulk edit multiple products at the same time. You can read more about this in WooCommerce's Help Center article Bulk Editing Products.
Currently, it is not possible to change the retail price of your WooCommerce products from Gelato.
