Terms and conditions:

Entry Requirements

1. To participate, entrants must (a) follow Gelato on Instagram, (b) like the giveaway post, and (c) submit a comment on the giveaway post mentioning who they are nominating to receive a custom superhero portrait, and why the nominee deserves the prize.

2. Entrants can comment multiple times and submit up to 5 entries.

3. Entrants allow Gelato to use their name and entry for promotional purposes.

Eligibility and Deadline

4. Entries must be received by midnight CET on the 12th of May 2024. Any entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

5. Entrants must be 18 or over.

6. Eligibility for participation in this Giveaway does not require entrants to be a registered Gelato user.

7. The use of scripts or any form of automation is not permitted and is grounds for disqualification.

Winners

8. Three winners will be selected via a random drawing and announced on an Instagram Story on the 15th of May 2024.

9. The winners will in addition be contacted by Gelato (@Gelato) via private message on Instagram.

Prizes

10. The prize awarded to the winners of this giveaway consists of a portrait from Turn Me Royal, printed on 100% cotton canvas in a size of their choice (20x25cm, 30x40cm, or 45x60cm).

11. The winners will be required to submit a reference photo which the custom royal portrait will be created for them based on. The prize will be shipped out approximately 2-3 weeks after the winner submits the above mentioned reference photo.

12. To claim the prize, the winners agree that their photo will be processed by Turn Me Royal in accordance with its Terms of Service.

Other conditions

13. Gelato reserves the right to suspend or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

14. The giveaway is valid in all the countries Gelato operates.

15. The prize is strictly non transferable.

16. All standard Gelato Terms of Service apply to the prizes.

17. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
