Updated over 4 months ago

This article provides a guide on how to enhance your designs by applying filters and making adjustments to your images directly within the design editor as a Gelato+ subscriber.

Getting Started with Image Filters

Before you begin, make sure to install the Image Filters tool. You can easily do this by navigating to the Apps section located in the sidebar. Once installed, you can access a range of filters and adjustment options to enhance your images.

Using Image Filters

To use the Image Filters, simply follow these steps:

  1. Click on the image layer within your design that you want to modify.

  2. In the menu bar, you'll see options for "Effects," "Filters," and "Adjustments." Choose the desired option.

You can choose from eight different filters: Sepia, Brownie, Polaroid, Technicolor, Vintage, Frost, Grayscale, and Black & White. Once you've selected a filter, use the slider to adjust its intensity and achieve the perfect look.

Making Image Adjustments

The Adjustments button offers additional image editing capabilities. You can fine-tune your image's Brightness, Contrast, Temperature, Saturation, Hue, and Vibrance all within the design editor.

Supported File Formats

Currently, the image filters and adjustments are compatible with JPG files only. PNG, SVG, and PDF formats are not yet supported.
