Valentine’s Day Campaign

Boost your Valentine's Day sales with Gelato's limited-time promotion! From January 8th to February 9th, earn a 15% credit on all sales when you sign up for an annual Gold, Plus, or Platinum subscription.

This offer is valid across all products and markets, giving you the perfect opportunity to increase your earnings on Valentine’s Day gifts.

How It Works

Here's how you can participate:

  1. Activate or Extend Your Subscription: Sign up for an annual Gold, Plus, or Platinum plan before February 9th.

  2. Start Selling: All sales made from your subscription start date until February 9th are eligible for the credit.

  3. Redeem Your Credit: The total credit accumulated during the period will be transferred to your account in equal installments daily, starting March 1st.

Here are some answers to common questions you might have:

  1. Can customers in a free trial participate?
    Yes, trial customers can accumulate credit during the campaign. However, to redeem the credit, you must activate an annual subscription by March.

  2. What if my annual subscription is ending soon?
    To ensure you continue earning credit until February 9th, your subscription must remain active through the credit period (ending in April). If your subscription expires within three months (e.g., in February), you will need to renew or extend it for another year to qualify for the credit.

  3. How do I sign up for the campaign?
    You can activate the promotion directly through your dashboard. If you have any issues, our support team is happy to help.

  4. What about Valentine’s Day Last Order Dates (LODs)?

  5. Where can I find my payout credits?
